Community Heart & Soul: Engaging Residents through the Humanities to Find What Matters Most

The Pennsylvania Humanities Council and the Orton Family Foundation are working with communities across the commonwealth to incorporate the humanities into planning processes.

Pennsylvania residents are using Orton’s nationally successful Community Heart & Soul® model to create a shared sense of belonging that improves local decision-making and ultimately strengthens social, cultural and economic vibrancy.

During this free talk, you’ll hear from two planners who are using the Heart & Soul® model to drive positive change in their communities.
