April 12: Join Queer Urbanist Exchange (QUE) Meetup

Queer Urbanist Exchange (QUE) is invites you to join our monthly meet up at Prohibition Taproom at 501 N. 13th Street, Philadelphia at 5:30 pm on Thursday, April 12. Since the weather didn’t agree with us last time, we’ll try it again. We are going to run out to check out the Reading Viaduct Rail Park at some point (or maybe in shifts).

Please come with ideas of things you’d like to see the group participate in. If you’re interested in seeing more, check out our Meeting Notes from our past meetings.

Can’t make it?  Select your availability in May and June at https://doodle.com/poll/s9pam9mwyybmtxgy. You can sign to the group and find out more on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/QUEPHL, on Google Groups at http://bit.ly/QUEgoogle, and on Meetup at https://www.meetup.com/Queer-Urbanist-Exchange/. You can also see Meeting Notes in our Files.

The group is the local presence of the LGBTQ & Planning Division of the American Planning Association (APA). The group is also supported by the American Planning Association, Pennsylvania Chapter, Southeast Sections (APAPASE), though it is open to anyone in the Philadelphia region, including New Jersey and Delaware. We seek to make more formal connections with other allied professions through their professional organizations. We also are a place for enthusiasts and students looking to learn more about built environment professions (or just geek out with us).

More information on the LGBTQ & Planning Division is available at https://www.planning.org/divisions/lgbtq/ and on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/APA.LGBTQandPlanning
